Return & Refunds Policy

1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in order to ensure full credit, refund or replacement.

2. Call the Returns Department (800-621-6729) for an authorization number. Please have your shipping form with you and a description of the item that you ordered when you call.

3. Package your return in the original carton with packing slip (if possible). Please state the reason for return on the packing slip or on an enclosed note.

Cosmedent will arrange for shipping and pay return shipping charges on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged. • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance under any other circumstances.

4. All returns must be boxed (except mandrels) or they cannot be credited.

5. Credit will be issued only after receipt of the returned merchandise. For your protection, the package should be insured for the full value of the goods.

6. When we receive the merchandise in resalable condition, we will refund or credit the value of the item. We suggest retaining your shipping receipt in case you need to contact the carrier for a trace or claim.
