CEE Course Cancellation, Refund and Alteration Policy

  1. Refunds and Cancellation Fees:
    All refunds for cancellations will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee based on the total class cost.
  2. Returns and Credit:
    Returns within 60 days of the class will be issued as credit towards future classes or services.
  3. No-Shows:
    No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  4. Travel Arrangements:
    Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights and hotels. All flights and hotel bookings must be refundable, as Cosmedent assumes no responsibility for any flight or hotel cancellations, regardless of the reason.
  5. Course Cancellations by Cosmedent:
    In the event that Cosmedent cancels a course, participants will be entitled to either a full refund of the course fee or a credit equal to the amount paid, applicable to future courses or services.
