Cosmedent Mentorship Program Session Details

1. Session Timings: Mentorship sessions are scheduled at an agreed upon time based on the mentor’s availability, excluding public holidays.  Please discuss timing with the mentor prior to ordering mentorship sessions.
2. Platform for mentorship: Mentorship training will be hosted on Zoom. Please download the Zoom software ahead of the session and ensure a stable internet connection. Choose a quiet environment free from interruptions.
3. Recording Policy: Sessions will be recorded by the Mentor and provided to Mentee after the session.  Session recordings may not be shared without written consent from Cosmedent, Inc.
4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior. Offensive actions or comments, including but not limited to inappropriate language or discriminatory remarks, will lead to instant session termination without refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a session, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. No-show Policy: If a mentee does not attend their mentorship training session, they will not be refunded for the session nor will they be able to reschedule the training.
7. No-Guarantee: We provide guidance and offer no-guarantee on a specific outcome or results on your patients.
