Registration Terms

All programs are limited in enrollment to 15 dentists, which is conducive to a more intimate learning  experience.

Enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Many of our programs fill up quickly, so we suggest an early response. 

Program Confirmation:

Once you've registered for one of our programs, you will recieve an acknowlegement letter. The letter will be sent with information on area hotels, restaurants and city events.

Payment Policy:

Payment in full or a minimum payment of 50% must be accompany the application.   The balance of the program fee (payable in U.S. dollars) includes tuition and course materials plus continental breakfast, lunches and coffee breaks. 

Transfer Policy:

Transfer request to a future program may be made without charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the program.  Requests received within 4 weeks of the class start date will incur a $250.00 administrative fee.  Applicants are permitted one transfer before forfeiting the total tuition fee.

Substitution Policy:

Qualified substitutions may be made at anytime with advance notice.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to costs associated with establishing, holding and refilling participant slots, the following cancellation charge schedule has been established.  All cancellation notices must be received in writing.  Cancellation fees are based on the number of weeks from the class start date the request is received.

• 4 weeks prior....................50% of program fee.
• Within 2 weeks..................100% of program fee.
