About Dr. Mopper

Dr. Mopper is an expert clinical technician and teacher with a private practice in Winnetka, Illinois for more than 35 years. He earned his B.A. and D.D.S. from the University of Iowa, and his M.S. and Specialty certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Illinois. Dr. Mopper is a pioneer of dental esthetic education, and has been involved with bonding materials and techniques from their inception. He co-authored, "A Complete Guide to Dental Bonding" published by Johnson and Johnson, which was the fist definitive book for the dental profession describing bonding techniques. He has contributed articles to many professional publications as well as serving as a consultant to major facets of the dental industry. As one of the founders and chairman of Cosmedent, Inc. , he is continually developing new materials and techniques for dentistry. Currently Dr. Mopper lectures extensively both nationally and internationally on the techniques of direct resin bonding, as well as lecturing for many of the major Universities continuing dental education programs in the country. He is the recipient of the A.A.C.D. award for "Outstanding Contribution to cosmetic Dentistry", and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the GenR8tnext seminars. Dr. Mopper is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Founder and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists.
